§1 What it's being built to do
-
Workout logging that works offline
Log sets, reps and load with no connection. Everything saves to your phone first and syncs when you're back online — so a basement gym with one bar of signal doesn't cost you a session.
-
Nutrition built around Indian food
Log the meals you actually eat — dal, roti, rice, idli, paneer, home cooking — not just packaged items with barcodes. Calories and macros are shown as estimates, not exact figures.
-
An AI coach that works from your real numbers In development
The coach is meant to explain your numbers and help you plan training. The arithmetic — totals, volume, estimates — is done by the app itself, so the figures you see don't depend on a language model's maths.
-
Progress you can read at a glance
See how your lifts, training volume and bodyweight trend over weeks and months, from the same log you train with every day.
§2 Built in India, for lifters
LiftVeda is being built in India for people who train like it matters — powerlifters, strength athletes, and hybrid athletes who run and lift in the same week.
That means designing for the gyms, phones, networks and kitchens lifters here actually have: patchy signal, mid-range Android devices, and meals that come from a home kitchen rather than a label.
